Halley Pittsburgh Properties, LLC is a family owned and operated business which purchases distressed properties that have great potential to be rehabilitated and returned to the market as fine homes.  HPP acts as the general contractor, hiring subcontractors as needed, and otherwise performing much of the work and renovations in house, assuring the quality and timing to produce a home in which we would want to have our own family live.  In fact,  a number of our rehabilitated properties have been homes for members of our extended family who live in them for a number of years before they are again placed on the market.

By carefully choosing to start with distressed properties that have the greatest potential and by putting quality over volume  in the number of houses that we undertake to rehabilitate, frequently only one at a time, HPP can assure that we create the greatest value for eventual buyers when we place them back on the market again.  Done as a labor of love in what we do and with pride in producing a quality product, we seek to make a small but reasonable profit that enables us to continue rehabilitating a growing number of properties into houses that our own family can be proud to call home.
