Halley Pittsburgh Properties, LLC is a family owned and operated business which purchases distressed properties that have great potential to be rehabilitated and returned to the market as fine homes.  HPP acts as the general contractor, hiring subcontractors as needed, and otherwise performing much of the work and renovations in house, assuring the quality and timing to produce a home in which we would want to have our own family live.
